Return Policy

Due to the delicate nature of plants and terrariums, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Eligible return cases include:

• Damaged product during delivery
• Incorrect item delivered

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Once the product is received and inspected, DigiTree will issue a replacement or store credit where applicable.
